Position: Kitchen Manager - Kingston

We are currently hiring for Team Member positions, starting at $19.00 per hour. Responsibilities Include:

LEADERSHIP: Working with the Team Leaders to create an awesome team and work environment
QUALITY + SAFETY: Ensuring food quality, clean and sanitary work spaces, team and guest safety
CUSTOMER SERVICE: Ensuring high quality, welcoming, and efficient service for our guests
TEAM MANAGEMENT: Leading and supervising Key Holders and Team Members with order taking, cooking and food prep.
SHIFT LEADERSHIP: Independently leading shifts
OPENING/CLOSING/OPERATIONS: Ensure proper opening, closing, and daily operations
FOOD PREP: Supporting team in oversight of daily food prep
WEEKLY MAINTENANCE: Supporting in oversight of weekly cleaning and maintenance procedures
INVENTORY ETC: Supporting with inventory, organization, etc. as needed
TRAINING: Training of Team Members in station procedures, as needed
Other responsibilities as defined by the Team Leader and other senior managers

Positive, professional, dependable, and friendly -- with demonstrated leadership ability
Exceptional skill with each kitchen station
Top-notch problem solving ability
Unmatched reliability
Great communication skills and attention to detail
Flexibility to work all shifts
Able to be on your feet throughout shift and lift and carry up to 25 pounds
Previous hospitality and/or food service experience 
Enthusiasm for working with the team to create a safe, clean, fun and rewarding workplace at all times

What You Get:
$18.00/hr
